Social Media Operation Manager

Description:

Tatsat Chronicle, India’s first magazine with a 360-degree overview on social sector, including a live website with daily updates, Social Media channels, and a fortnightly newsletter in digital format.

 

We are Hiring: Social Media Operation Manager to increase social media presence including reach, views, engagement for our various digital properties. Primary responsibility will be to leverage content to drive traffic to our websites and increase followers for our social media Channels.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, produce and execute all digital content in coordination with our marketing, communications, and content teams.  
  • Social Media content creation: The candidate should be highly motivated and self-driven to produce high-quality digital content & posts for our digital and Social Media platforms. You should be able to create content based on trending topics, convert articles, research reports, whitepapers etc., into short, snappy, and aesthetically pleasing content that can be shared across our digital and Social Media platforms.
  • Drive traffic to the various websites and build a strong Social Media presence.
  • On a regular basis post and manage all social media handles end-to-end,including the Search Engine Optimisation for the company.
  • Generate both static and dynamic content, interactive posts and to do analytics of websites and social media, to boost Followership
  • Generate weekly analytics reports for evaluation by the leadership team.
  • Establish KPIs for all digital properties of the company and determine their ROI.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new creative growth strategies with our leadership and content teams
  • Collaborate with design and development teams to build excellent UI and UX.
  • You will be responsible for implementing the company’s overall digital marketing strategy.

Skill requirements

  • Must have 4-6 years of experience in Social Media execution
  • You should have good knowledge of Content Management Systems, Adobe Suite and be able to edit short videos using either Adobe Premier or FCP.
  • Excellent knowledge of CMS, CSS, SEO, SEM and HTML coding. Working knowledge of Java and Python scripts will be preferred.
  • Ability to work with the latest online tools and builders.
  • Familiarity with web designing is necessary.
  • Ability to think creatively to produce sticky content for various digital platforms.
  • Excellent knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends and other Social Media analytics tools.)
  • Must be a self-starter who will be able to turnaround social media post promptly and effectively.
  • Must have time-management skills and adhere to strict timelines.
  • Excellent command of English language.
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing/data science or related field is necessary.

We are Hiring: Corporate Affairs & Corporate Communications professional for liaising, business tie-ups, external communications, and end to end event/project management.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all external communications. Responsibilities include increasing media engagement and participation in seminars/conferences/webinars/events/campaigns etc. 
  • Responsible for increasing influencers reach and engagement including networking, digital platforms etc.
  • To plan, strategize and execute events/projects. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation including financials and budgeting.
  • Coordinate internal/external resources and third parties/vendors/ agencies for PR/content creation/press release distribution etc. for the flawless execution of multiple assignments including events/projects/ campaigns etc.
  • Liaison/Build and manage business relationships with relevant institutions and authorities including Govt/ institutional bodies/Corporates/NGOs etc for execution of all projects/events.
  • To ensure projects/assignments are delivered on-time, within scope and budget.
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks related to all stakeholders.
  • Meet budgetary objectives and adjust events/projects constraints based on financial analysis

Skill Requirements:

  • Proven track record of 4 to 7 years in Corporate Affairs & Corporate Communications
  • Postgraduate in any field or Degree in Mass Communication will be preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in dealing with Govt/Semi Govt/Institutions will be an added advantage
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to details and multitasking skills
  • Must be a self-starter who will be able to turnaround the assignments efficiently and effectively.
  • Must have time-management skills and adhere to strict timelines.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent command of English language.
