Microsoft Corp’s chief executive Satya Nadella, at the Future Decoded Summit in Mumbai held recently, reportedly urged business leaders to build technology capabilities that are inclusive in nature. He said the millennials possess phenomenal knowledge and are quick learners as well, but need to be trained on the same. The word inclusivity resonates with hope, for a future that is vibrant and all-embracing. We would like to focus on that for a constructive approach to the challenges of today.
