Letter from the Director
Dear subscriber,

The novel coronavirus COVID-19 outbreak has refocused attention to healthful all-round practices, including on healthy animal farming practices and the additives that go into animal feed. There’s been a sustained consumer dismissal of dairy, poultry and fish pumped with antibiotics, hormones and chemicals, and there’s a lot more demand for organic products along with a shift to plant-based foods.

Let’s make a pledge to make ecologically ethical choices, and be more conscious of the long-lasting and larger wellness benefits. Please browse through the March 15 issue of Tatsat Communique, that’s our spotlight on issues that matter.

Sumi Gupta, Director, Tatsat Foundation
